We are the manufacturer. We mould custom shaped stress balls in our own factory and supply them wholesale, in bulk, to promotional product distributors and brands: any shape, your logo, your colours and your packaging, tested for the market you ship to.

Any shape
Send a drawing, a 3D file or a physical sample. We cut a new mould for the shape, or you start from one of the 175 designs in our catalogue.
Your logo
Your logo or artwork printed on the surface. Send vector artwork and we confirm the print area and method for your shape before sampling.
Your colours
Body and print colours matched to the colour reference you send, checked on the pre-production sample.
Your packaging
Bulk poly bag, individual bag, header card or a branded box with your label and barcode.
Stock shapes you can put your logo on
Start from a slow-rise PU foam design in our catalogue: tell us which one, where the logo goes and how many you need. Any other catalogue design can be quoted the same way.
From brief to shipment
1. Send the brief
Shape, logo artwork, quantity and destination market.
2. Mould check and quote
We confirm whether the shape needs a new mould and which tests the destination requires, then quote.
3. Pre-production sample
Moulded, printed and packed exactly as the order will be.
4. Approval
Production runs only against the sample you signed off.
5. Production and inspection
Rebound, dimensions and print registration checked during the run.
6. Shipment
Packed to your tier, with the documents your market needs.

Custom stress ball questions
Can you make a stress ball in a completely new shape?
Yes. We cut a new mould from your drawing, 3D file or sample. If one of our 175 catalogue designs is close, you can also start from that design.
Can you print our logo on a custom shape?
Yes. Send vector artwork and we confirm the print area and method for your shape before the sample is made, so what you approve is what ships.
Do you work with promotional product distributors?
Yes. We manufacture to order under your brand or your client's, from sample to shipment.
Are custom stress balls safe for children?
Our custom stress balls are made without water beads and tested to ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA for the US, and EN 71 for Europe. Tell us the destination at quote stage so the right test package is booked.
