Custom manufacturing
Custom squishy manufacturer: your shape, your brand, made in our factory
We are the manufacturer. We turn your drawing, photo or sample into a custom squishy and produce it wholesale in our own factory: characters, food shapes, logo shapes and event keepsakes, in slow-rise PU foam, TPR or silicone.
What we make to order
Characters and mascots
Original characters and brand mascots sculpted from your drawing and kept recognisable after they are simplified for foam.
Food and object shapes
Bakery sets, drinks, fruit and everyday objects, built as a single design or as a matched gift-box set.
Logo and promotional shapes
Your logo printed on a stock shape or on a new shape cut for your brand, for trade shows, events and corporate gifts.
Event keepsakes
Anniversary, team and building-shaped keepsakes made for one event, from a photo or a drawing.
Choose the material
Slow-rise PU foam
The classic squishy: squeeze it and it rises back slowly. Best for characters, food shapes and anything that needs painted detail.
TPR
Soft, stretchy and squeezable with a gel feel. Best for transparent, jelly-like and filled designs.
Silicone
Smooth and durable with a creamy feel. Best for small shapes that are handled a lot, such as keychains.

From design to shipment
1. Send the brief
A drawing, photo, 3D file or physical sample, plus size, quantity and the market you sell in.
2. Design check
We tell you what needs to be simplified so the shape can be moulded, and which material fits the feel you want.
3. 3D sculpt and mould
The shape is sculpted in 3D for your approval, then the mould is made. If a catalogue design is close, you can start from it.
4. Pre-production sample
Moulded, painted and packed as the order will be. Photos and a squeeze video are sent before the sample ships.
5. Approval
Production runs only against the sample you signed off.
6. Production and shipment
Production typically takes about 30 days after sample approval. Goods ship FOB from a China main port, or DDP through a partner forwarder.
Save the mould cost: start from a catalogue design
A new shape needs a new mould. If one of our 175 catalogue designs is close, we produce it in your colours, with your print and your packaging, and skip the mould stage.

Custom squishy questions
Can you make a squishy exactly from my design?
Yes. We sculpt it in 3D from your drawing, photo or sample. Fine details are adjusted so the shape can be moulded in foam, and you approve the 3D sculpt and the sample before production.
Is there a mould fee, and who owns the mould?
A new shape needs a new mould, and the mould cost is quoted per design. Exclusive mould ownership is available for custom designs.
Can I avoid a new mould?
Often, yes. If one of our catalogue designs is close to what you want, we can use it with your colours, print and packaging, which skips the mould stage.
Which material should I choose?
Slow-rise PU foam for characters and food shapes, TPR for jelly-like and transparent designs, and silicone for small shapes that are handled a lot. We recommend one at the design check.
How long does a custom order take?
Sample timing is confirmed with the quote and depends on whether a new mould is needed. Production typically takes about 30 days after sample approval.
Can I sign an NDA before sending my final design?
If you need an NDA before sharing your final design, send it with your brief and we go through it before you share the artwork.
