Squishy wholesale shipping: trade terms, freight and documents
We ship wholesale squishy orders from our factory in China by sea or air, FOB from a China main port or DDP to your door through a partner forwarder, with the test documents your market needs.
Trade terms
FOB China main port
Our standard quote. We deliver to the port and your forwarder takes it from there.
DDP to your door
Delivered with duty paid through a partner forwarder, for buyers who do not have their own forwarder.
Your own Incoterm
If your forwarder works on a different term, say so in your brief and we quote on it.
Freight options
Sea freight, LCL
Shared container for smaller orders.
Sea freight, FCL
Full container for large orders and mixed programmes.
Air freight
For urgent orders and samples.
By destination
United States
ASTM F963-23, CPSIA and a Children's Product Certificate naming 16 CFR 1250.4. Sea freight typically takes 30–45 days port to port to the West Coast.
European Union and UK
EN 71 and CE marking. Sea freight takes longer than to the US West Coast.
Middle East, Africa and other markets
Tell us the destination at quote stage so the documents your importer needs are booked from the start.

Shipping questions
Which trade terms do you quote?
FOB from a China main port as standard, or DDP through a partner forwarder. If your forwarder uses another term, tell us in the brief.
How long is sea freight to the US?
Typically 30–45 days port to port to the US West Coast; longer to the East Coast and Europe.
Can you ship to an Amazon FBA warehouse?
Tell us at quote stage if the goods go to Amazon FBA. FNSKU labels, carton marks and carton limits have to be agreed before packing, so they are confirmed in the quote.
Can one order be split across several destinations?
Tell us the destinations and quantities in the brief; split shipments are confirmed in the quote.
What are the payment terms?
T/T with a deposit and the balance before shipment. Trade assurance is available on request.
