Six steps from raw material to carton
Material weighing
PU polyol, TPR pellets and silicone base are weighed per batch card. Rebound time is set here, not adjusted later.
Moulding
Slow-rise foam pouring, TPR injection and silicone curing all run in our own factory, so the rebound range is measured on your batch, not copied from a catalogue.
Demoulding and trimming
Seams trimmed by hand. Hand trimming is the step that separates a squishy that photographs well from one that looks like a bulk-bin toy.
Spraying and hand-painting
Colour coats and face detail. Print registration is checked against the approved sample, not against the previous piece.
Rebound and dimension testing
Rebound seconds and dimensions are checked during the run, so rejects are pulled before they reach the packing table.
Packing
Bulk poly, blister, blind bag, blind box, advent calendar or DIY kit — packed to the tier on your order, with your label.
