From idea to first shipment

2. Pick the route
Catalogue design, adapted design or original character. You can mix them.
3. Samples
Catalogue samples first; custom samples follow the 3D sculpt and mould.
4. Packaging and labels
Your box or bag, your barcode, warning labels and the tracking label your market requires.
5. Compliance documents
The test package for the markets you sell in, booked at quote stage.
6. First run and reorders
Start with a test run, then reorder the designs that sell. Repeat customers get priority production slots.
Packaging that carries your brand
Bulk poly bag, individual bag, header card, blind bag, blind box or a branded gift box, packed with your label and barcode.
Questions from new squishy brands
Can I start small?
Yes. Minimums are quoted per design, and mixed designs are accepted in one carton. Starting from catalogue designs keeps the first run small because no mould is needed.
Can you help if I only have a sketch?
Yes. We work a 3D sculpt up from your sketch and show it to you before the mould is made.
Can the products carry my brand?
We manufacture under your brand, packed with your label, barcode and packaging.
Can I keep my design private?
If you need an NDA before sharing your final design, send it with your brief. Exclusive mould ownership is available for original designs.
Which documents do I need to sell in the US or EU?
For the US, ASTM F963-23, CPSIA and a Children's Product Certificate; for the EU and UK, EN 71 and CE marking. Our compliance centre explains each one.
