Materials and fills
Ask which fill is used and whether any water beads or SAP are present. Get it in writing.
Test reports
Ask for the ASTM F963-23 and CPSIA report numbers and the issuing lab. Verify the report date is within the last 12 months.
Samples and QC
Ask for photos and a squeeze video of the production sample, and for the batch inspection sheet format.
Packaging and logistics
Ask for carton dimensions, pieces per carton, CBM per 1,000 pieces and the FOB port.
Private label
Confirm header card, sleeve and display box options and the artwork file format they need.
